Where is the Help manual or documentation? How do I get or call support?

The Help tab ribbon offers easy access to all support materials. You can also get help from the Application menu and your User Account menu.


Knowledge Base articles

To access the Knowledge Base articles:

  1. Select the Help tab.
  2. Click the Help icon from the Getting Started section. A new window will open.
  3. Use the Search field to jump directly to a topic or click Knowledge Base to browse by topic.


Training Guide

The training package includes a self-study training guide document as well as supporting media files to be used in the training activities.

To access the Training Guide:

  1. Select the Help tab.
  2. Click Guide from the Getting Started section. The training article will open with links to download the training material.

You can also request formal training by clicking the Training button on the Help tab.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for in the related articles, send the message directly to us right from Claro or the dominKnow Community by clicking Get Support.

Get Support is located in Claro on the right portion of the Communication bar, under your User Account menu and from the Application menu. A Get Support button is located at the bottom left of the dominKnow Community page.
