You can resend a pending invitation email to a user who has not joined Claro yet (this is useful in case a user’s spam filter caught the message or the user misplaced it).
To resend an invitation email to a user:
- Click the Application Menu.
- Click Users.
- Click List.
- The User Management window opens. From the List Pending Invites Actions area, select the user from the list. You can use the Advanced Filters to see only certain roles or statuses.
- Click the Resend button.
- Close the User Management window when you’re done.
