You can use a page link to create inter-page linking or branching.
Elements, buttons (see Insert a button for more information), or hotspots can be linked to other pages. These pages can be wherever you want into a course. This allows students to jump ahead or behind in a course.
All content that has been skipped will be marked as complete, including tests.
To add a page link to an element using an Action:
- Select the element.
- Select the Interaction tab.
- Click Links and select Link to page from the drop-down list.
- In the Page Link right panel, select the page you want to link to.
- Click the Save Link button at the bottom.
To add a page link to a hotspot, insert the hotspot and click Page Link in the Element Link section.
Note: If you delete a page that another page links to, the Link to Page action will be broken. You may edit the link to link to a new page (Interaction tab > Links > Edit Link), or remove the link (Interaction tab > Links > Remove Link).
