Why do I see a “Script Not Responding” error message sometimes when I sign out of Claro?

This error message occurs when a process script is still running (for example, something you have just done is Claro is still saving) when you try to sign out.

Signing out of Claro changes the window’s location, prompting the “Script Not Responding” error message. This occurrence is usually seen on older computers that have slower processing and the Javascript engine speed is reduced.

We recommend you do NOT close the page if the error is encountered. Scripts on the page are still running and likely trying to save your work, so you could potentially lose work if the page is closed.
