There may be a couple reasons a reviewer can’t see your course. Check all of the following steps:
- Courses that have been put into review but have not yet entered their review periods are marked with a blue pin icon. Courses that have passed their review period end dates are marked with a red pin icon. Put a course into an active review period to enable Review Mode. A course in an active review period is marked with a green pin icon.
- Make sure the course is in Review. For more information, see Enable Review.
- Invite the person to Claro as a Reviewer. For more information, see Invite Users or Reviewers.
- Make sure you assign the course to the Reviewer. For more information, see Assign User or Reviewer to Course.
