Can I Create Multiple User Accounts?

If your account has support for additional users, you can create multiple accounts using the same email address. The number of accounts is limited with the following criteria:

  • You can have only one admin, one author, and one reviewer account per company account.
  • If you have both an admin and author account, that will require two paid licenses.
  • If you are an Enterprise customer, you may have multiple separate company accounts. In this case the same rules apply, but a user can have up to three accounts per company account (container). Note: For most clients this last clause will not apply.

When inviting a user multiple times, as long as the criteria are followed, they will be invited into the system. If the invite does not meet this criteria, an indication that the user already exists will be given and the user will not receive the invite.
